Terms of Use

Please read these Terms before playing. In short: GameWiggle is a free social casino for adults, everything is played with virtual Wiggles that have no value, and nothing here can be won, withdrawn or exchanged for anything real.

1. Who we are

gamewiggle.com (the "Site") is operated by Wiggle Interactive Ltd., a company registered in England & Wales under number 14872305 (England & Wales), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility: 18+ only

The Site is intended for adults. You may use it only if you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. We ask you to confirm your age when you first visit.

You must also make sure that using a free social gaming site is lawful in the country and region you are in. If it is not, you must not use the Site.

3. What GameWiggle is — and what it is not

GameWiggle is a social casino: a collection of casino-styled entertainment games played with virtual coins called Wiggles.

• The Site is provided for entertainment purposes only.
• There is no real-money gambling, no betting, no wagering and no staking of money.
• There are no real-world prizes: nothing you do on the Site can result in money, goods, vouchers, tokens, cryptocurrency or any other item of value.
• We operate no sweepstakes, raffles, competitions or prize draws.
• We do not offer, promote, advertise or link to real-money gambling services, and we do not facilitate registration with them.
• Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

Because no prize of value can be won, the games are not gambling and are not licensed as such.

4. Your licence to use the Site

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play the games for your own private entertainment. You must not use the Site for commercial purposes, resell access, or present it as your own.

5. Virtual Wiggles

Wiggles are a virtual in-game balance used to play. They are a scoring mechanic, not a currency and not property.

• Wiggles have no monetary value and are not money, credit, e-money or a financial instrument.
• They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed, exchanged for money, goods, prizes or services, or converted into anything outside the Site.
• They cannot be transferred, gifted, traded or sold to another player or a third party.
• They are held as a licence to use a feature of the Site; you do not own them.
• Balances are stored in your browser. Clearing your browser storage, using another device or a private window will reset the balance to the free starting amount, and we cannot restore it.
• We may adjust, expire or reset balances where necessary to run the Site, fix a defect or prevent abuse.

6. Optional in-game purchases

• Purchases are for users aged 18+ and must be made with a payment method you are authorised to use.
• Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
• Wiggles are digital content delivered immediately to your browser. By completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where a statutory cancellation right applies, it is lost once delivery has begun.
• Purchased Wiggles carry exactly the same restrictions as free Wiggles: no value, no cash-out, no transfer, no prizes.
• If a payment fails, is duplicated or coins are not delivered, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund or re-deliver.
• If you share a device, keep your payment methods protected so that others — in particular minors — cannot make purchases.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation, memory editors or exploits to alter game outcomes or balances;
• attempt to sell, buy or transfer Wiggles or accounts, on or off the Site;
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute the games or their assets;
• disrupt the Site, its security or other users' access to it;
• use the Site if you are under 18, or on behalf of someone who is;
• use the Site in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.

8. Game outcomes and availability

Game results are generated by a pseudo-random number generator in your browser. Payout rates are a design choice about pacing and enjoyment; they do not model, predict or represent any real-money gambling product.

We may add, change, suspend or remove games and features at any time, and the Site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

All game designs, artwork, names, text, code and the GameWiggle brand are owned by Wiggle Interactive Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Our games, characters and names are original works; we use no third-party casino names, logos or brand elements.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end your access to the Site immediately if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Site at any time — there is no account to close and nothing to withdraw.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that virtual balances will be preserved.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of Wiggles balances (which have no monetary value), or loss of data. Our total liability to you in connection with the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for in-game purchases in the 6 months before the claim, or (b) £50.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Third-party services

We use third-party providers for hosting, fonts, analytics (only with your consent) and payment processing. Their handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not link to, or embed, real-money gambling services.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date shows when it changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new version.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
