Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. You can play every game on GameWiggle without giving us any personal data at all — your balance lives in your own browser.

1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through gamewiggle.com is:
Wiggle Interactive Ltd.
Company registration no. 14872305 (England & Wales)
20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom
Email: [email protected]
We have not appointed a statutory Data Protection Officer; privacy enquiries are handled by our privacy contact at the address above.
2. What we collect
a) Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, chosen topic, the content of your message and your age and consent confirmations.
- Purchases (when checkout is live): the pack bought, amount, currency, time and a transaction reference. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
b) Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, pages requested, referrer, browser and device type — kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics (consent only): anonymised usage statistics such as which games are opened and how long a session lasts. These are not collected unless you accept analytics cookies.
c) Information stored only on your device
Your Wiggles balance, your age confirmation and your cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are not transmitted to us and are not linked to your identity.
We do not knowingly collect special category data, and we ask you not to send payment card numbers or passwords by email.
3. Why we use it, and our legal bases
| Answering your enquiry | Consent / our legitimate interest in supporting users |
| Providing and securing the Site | Legitimate interest in a working, abuse-free service |
| Processing purchases | Performance of a contract with you |
| Tax, accounting and legal records | Legal obligation |

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we never sell personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers acting on our instructions:
- website hosting and content delivery;
- email delivery and support ticketing;
- the payment provider that processes Coin Store transactions;
- analytics, if you have consented.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not share your data with gambling operators, and we do not run advertising for them.
5. International transfers
Some providers are located outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses together with appropriate technical safeguards. You can ask us for details using the contact address above.
6. How long we keep it
- Support correspondence: 24 months from the last message.
- Purchase and billing records: 6 years, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
- Analytics: up to 14 months in aggregated form.
- Device storage (balance, age flag, cookie choice): until you clear your browser data.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing, including profiling based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EU, the authority of the country where you live.
8. Children
GameWiggle is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We use access controls, least-privilege administration and vetted processors. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information by email.
10. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are explained in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change your consent choice at any time.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any update here and change the "last updated" date. If a change materially affects you, we will make it prominent on the Site.
