Responsible Social Gaming Policy
Our games are free and nothing of value can be won — but casino-styled entertainment still deserves care. Here is how we look after players, and how you can look after yourself.
On this page
1. Our commitment
GameWiggle exists to entertain. We design our games so that walking away costs you nothing, and we would rather you played a little and enjoyed it than played a lot and did not.
- We never suggest that playing here can earn money or anything of value.
- We never pressure anyone to buy Wiggles, and we always keep a free way to keep playing.
- We do not advertise, link to, or take commission from real-money gambling operators.
- We show clear reminders about what our games are throughout the Site.
2. Social gaming is not gambling
Casino-styled games can feel like gambling even when no money is involved. It is worth being clear with yourself about the difference:
- Nothing here is staked with money, and nothing can be won that has value.
- Payout rates are tuned for pacing and fun, not to reflect any commercial product.
- Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling. A long winning streak here says nothing about anything else — real gambling carries real financial risk.
3. Protecting under-18s
The Site is for adults aged 18+. We ask for age confirmation on first visit and on our contact form, and we remove access where we learn a user is under 18.
If you share a device with children:
- turn on your operating system's parental controls and app-store purchase password;
- do not save card details in the browser;
- use a separate browser profile for children, or block gamewiggle.com in your parental control tool;
- talk about why casino-styled games are adults-only entertainment.
4. Playing in a healthy way
- Treat Wiggles as a score, never as savings.
- Decide before you start how long you want to play, and stop when you get there.
- Take a break every 45–60 minutes — the games will still be here.
- Play because it is fun, not to chase a lost balance or fill difficult time.
- Never buy Wiggles with money you need for something else.
5. Signs worth paying attention to
Free games are harmless for most people. Still, it is worth stopping and reflecting if you notice that you:
- play far longer than you intended, repeatedly;
- feel irritated or low when you run out of Wiggles and cannot wait for the free bonus;
- buy coin packs more often than you are comfortable with, or hide the spending;
- use the games to escape stress, sleep problems or low mood;
- find yourself curious about trying real-money gambling because of how the games feel.
If any of that sounds familiar, take a break, and consider speaking with a health professional or a national gambling-support organisation in your country. We deliberately do not link out to gambling websites from GameWiggle; support services can be found through your national health service or a search for "gambling support" plus your country.
6. Tools we give you
- Free-first design: a free bonus every three hours and an automatic free refill when your balance runs low, so no one is ever pushed towards buying.
- Session reminder: a gentle notice after long sessions inviting you to take a break.
- Purchase pause: ask us to block Coin Store purchases for your email address or payment method, and we will apply it.
- Reset: clear your browser storage for gamewiggle.com at any time to wipe your balance and start fresh.
7. Taking a break or self-excluding
You can stop at any moment simply by closing the tab — there is no account, no balance to settle and nothing to cancel.
If you would like something firmer, email [email protected] with the subject "Self-exclusion" and tell us the period you want: 30 days, 6 months, or permanent. We will:
- confirm your request by email within 2 business days;
- block Coin Store purchases linked to your email address and payment method for that period;
- remove you from any product emails;
- decline requests to lift the block before the period ends.
We also recommend blocking gamewiggle.com in your browser or device filter for the duration.
8. Spending on virtual coins
In-game purchases are optional and buy nothing of real value. Before you buy, remember:
- Wiggles cannot be cashed out, exchanged, transferred or refunded in cash equivalents;
- buying more coins does not improve your chances of anything and wins nothing real;
- set a personal monthly limit and stick to it; ask us for a purchase pause if that is easier.
9. Talk to us
If you are worried about your own play, or someone else's, write to [email protected]. A person will read it and reply within two business days. We cannot give clinical advice, but we can apply blocks, answer questions and point you towards support in your country.
